Wash and slice sweet potatoes. Put them on to boil.
Wash and chop kale. Peel and chop ginger. Put the kale and ginger into a pot with 2 eggs, cover with water, and boil.
Chop up fruit while the veggies and eggs boil.
The eggs and kale will be done about ten minutes after the water comes to a boil. The sweet potatoes might take a little longer – that’s why they get a headstart.
When you drain the kale, pour some of the broth into a coffee mug and drink it – it’s full of iron and vitamins and general tastiness.
